Fundusz Dla Odmiany (Fund For a Change) is a pioneering non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting LGBTQ+ communities in rural areas and smaller urban centers. The Fund adopts a participatory grant-making model, empowering applicants to shape the grant process collaboratively, ensuring projects resonate with local needs and realities.

ASSIGNMENT

After its first year of operation, the Fund needed to formalize its structure, develop a comprehensive strategy, and refine its communication approach. The goal was to position Fundusz Dla Odmiany as a leader in supporting LGBTQ+ communities in underserved areas while enhancing its visibility and appeal to institutional donors.

Solution

Using our Hybrid Framework™, we redefined the Fund’s strategic and visual foundations to ensure clarity, accessibility, and impact:

Brand Identity: The brand adopts the Caregiver archetype, reflecting its mission to create a supportive, empowering environment for marginalized LGBTQ+ communities.
Strategic Positioning: We developed actionable brand territories, axes of action,and engagement paths tailored for both donors and grantees. These elements ensured the Fund stands out as a bold and effective advocate for underrepresented communities.
Participatory Communication: A simple yet dynamic communication system was introduced, using the logo’s shapes as "windows" for storytelling and impactful visuals. This approach created a flexible and recognizable presence across digital and physical touchpoints.

Stakeholder Involvement: Through workshops and interviews with the Fund’s board and team members, we ensured the strategy aligns with their mission, vision, and operational realities.
Design Simplicity: The visual language was craed to be intuitive and versatile, ensuring ease of application across all materials while maintaining a strong, unied identity.
