Ścieżki is a co-learning platform tailored for managers transitioning into leadership roles. Designed as a community-driven ecosystem, Ścieżki provides a safe space for learning, sharing experiences, and building meaningful connections.

ASSIGNMENT 

The challenge was to create a comprehensive platform that redefines how managers in Poland approach professional development. Ścieżki needed a clear positioning, a compelling brand identity, and innovative solutions to foster co-learning and inspire active engagement among middle managers.

Solution 

We built Ścieżki around the core principle of co-learning managers learning collaboratively to tackle real world challenges.

  • Brand Identity: Ścieżki adopts the archetype of The Rebel, a brand that disrupts established norms and introduces groundbreaking solutions. By challenging the traditional training market for managers, Ścieżki positions itself as a bold, transformative force, offering something entirely new compared to the competition. The brand fosters a sense of belonging for its community while breaking down barriers in leadership education.
  • Community-Centric Design: A platform ecosystem where Slack-based discussions, thematic festivals, and curated resources empower managers to share insights and grow together.
  • Innovative Educational Approach: Modular offerings, including diagnostics, tailored courses, and thematic events, allow for personalized learning paths that resonate with individual needs.

Process

Our process involved:

  • Strategy development: During workshops with the platform's founders, we developed a comprehensive brand development strategy that included: brand action axes, brand lifecycle, target groups and personas, psychographic classification, brand territories, brand archetype/persona, strategic insight, brand statement, positioning, brand language, brand architecture, and a communication campaign.
  • Community Engagement: Strategies were implemented to encourage active participation, such as onboarding rituals, peer-to-peer mentoring, and co-creation of content.
  • Designing the Ecosystem: The platform architecture facilitates easy access to resources, seamless participation in events, and a sense of belonging through storytelling and shared experiences.
  • Launching with Impact: A phased campaign strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and offline events reinforced Ścieżki’s credibility and reach.

RESULTS

Ścieżki emerged as a pioneering solution for leadership development in Poland. Its vibrant community and innovative learning formats have positioned it as a go-to platform for managers seeking practical growth and connection.
