Sunew Med+ is a Polish cosmetics company specializing in innovative eye patches and facial masks. Established with a mission to empower women with efective and accessible skincare solutions, Sunew Med+ combines advanced active ingredients with unique formulations to deliver visible results from the first use.

ASSIGNMENT
Faced with a rapidly changing market and growing ambitions to scale locally and expand internationally, Sunew Med+ recognized the need for a complete transformation. Their existing strategy, brand identity, packaging, e-commerce approach, and communication lacked coherence and the impact necessary to differentiate the brand. Our task was to reshape Sunew Med+ into a standout player, ready to meet the demands of diverse global markets.



Solution
We crafted a comprehensive brand strategy paired with a visual identity system that balances sophistication with functionality. Leveraging the archetype of "The Caregiver," the new identity emphasizes trust, effectiveness, and emotional connection.
The revitalized packaging uses a clean, modern design language to reflect premium quality while maintaining accessibility. Clear messaging, highlighting the unique selling proposition of "visible results after the first use," was seamlessly integrated across all touchpoints. Additionally, we revamped the e-commerce platform to optimize the customer journey, ensuring a smooth and engaging digital shopping experience.
